BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:
Please ensure someone will be available to receive the order.
Placement of your order signifies your acceptance that if the delivery address is unattended, you agree that we can leave the order unattended (at the door or close by). We will not be held accountable for lost or stolen orders.
We accept cancellations and will provide a full store credit refund excluding the delivery fee, if an order is cancelled 48 HOURS before order is to be picked up or delivered.
To request a refund, email email@example.com before 5PM two days before the order delivery or pick up.
We do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds & Credits for Damaged Goods
We take our upmost care when delivering our products to you. Our production staff will check the orders prior to dispatch and our drivers will also check orders as they arrive at the destination of delivery prior to handing it over to the recipient. Should there be any damage or discrepancies, please contact us immediately to discuss. If the product is damaged, please supply us with a photo as evidence. Failure to do so will void all requests for a refund.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, however we must implement processes to ensure fairness to our customers as well as for us as a small business.
Refunds are provided at the discretion of management who will take into consideration consumer and business legal rights in all matters.
We are a HACCP & SQF Certified business which is a globally recognised Food Safety System of procedures and practices that we have implemented within the business. We are internally and externally audited in order to hold this certification. Our staff are all trained in the safe handling of food within the business.
We have also implemented an extensive COVID safety plan as a part of the above food safety systems.
