Shipping policy

All items will be shipped on your requested date. If your order is missed and not shipped, you are entitled to a full refund or an arrangement of a new delivery date. 

If no date is requested in the order and we are unable to contact you the order will be full refunded. We take no responsibility for orders that lost or damaged where the order is shipped to unattended addresses.
